What is sequential numbering?
Assigns a sequential number to each successful payment, independent of the payment method used. It is designed for integration with external accounting software. Note: it does not generate PDF invoices.
How does it work?
- Each time a payment succeeds, a sequential number is generated.
- Numbers are independent of WooCommerce order numbers.
- The format is configurable.
- Only successful payments receive a number, so the sequence has no gaps.
